Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were nice and clean, just the way I love it, but the service was inadequate in every way possible. The location was good, in the Vanderbilt area with plenty of dining options, but the dining experience could have been better. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The service was a highlight with friendly and helpful staff, although there seemed to be few workers during some shifts. The location was convenient for my trip's purpose, with easy access to downtown and nearby attractions. The dining options were lacking, with only basic coffee and tea available. The facilities were decent overall.
I felt like staying in a small apartment. The rooms had proper work desk space for my laptop work, which was a bummer. The service was accommodating; though, the staff did not know how to work their computer system and was unable to find our reservation. The location looked like a war zone in the early morning; however, it's convenient to the center of Nashville. The dining consisted of grab-and-go granola bars and coffee, which did not meet expectations.
